The basis of the Aerostar VRF system is a Mitsubishi twin-rotary inverter compressor

•The high-efficiency brushless DC motor improves heat dissipation efficiency while reducing noise levels;
•The fan rotation speed is optimized according to external conditions and system requirements to achieve the best balance between heat dissipation and energy consumption;
•The large impeller increases airflow for better heat dissipation from the condensers, while the blade design reduces noise and eliminates imbalance to prevent additional vibrations.

Condenser – better heat dissipation, higher energy efficiency
•Optimized heat exchangers with Y-shaped refrigerant flow, grooved copper tubing, cross-flow hydrophilic foil, separation of hot and cold pipes, and sub-cooling technology all improve heat dissipation performance.
•The Y-shaped refrigerant flow increases the liquid flow path length, improving heat exchange efficiency.
• The cross-flow hydrophilic foil improves heat exchange by distributing airflow and removing condensate.
•The grooved copper tubing increases the refrigerant heat exchange area, improving condenser efficiency.
Equipment protection – a guarantee of reliability:

•Redundancy function:
Unit redundancy: When one unit fails, the second continues operating the system;
Compressor redundancy: When one compressor fails, the second continues operating;
Fan redundancy: When one fan fails, the second continues operating.
•Refrigerant cooling technology:
A liquid refrigerant tube runs through the power control board to ensure reliable board cooling, allowing the unit to operate at temperatures up to +55℃.

During commissioning, the units emit sounds corresponding to the same system, making it easy to identify the location of units belonging to one system during commissioning and start-up works at the facility.
When one indoor unit fails, the remaining units continue to operate. The failed unit can be switched off and repaired without affecting the operation of the other units.
The outdoor unit is equipped with a «black box» that automatically records and stores all system operating data and error information.
There is no need to manually assign an address to each indoor unit (except for BMS). When the system starts, it automatically assigns an address to each indoor unit. One button is enough to start and test the entire system.
The advanced diagnostic system quickly reads information from the entire system and displays it in the service window. Information can be retrieved quickly and easily.
