Mildom Hotel, Almaty

During the implementation of the Mildom Hotel project in Almaty, the key objective was to ensure a comfortable indoor climate for guests and stable operation of the engineering systems under continuous use.

The use of a heat recovery ventilation system and compressor-condenser units made it possible to:

• ensure efficient air exchange throughout all areas of the hotel;
• maintain a comfortable temperature and high air quality regardless of the season;
• reduce energy consumption through heat recovery;
• ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of the climate control systems in 24/7 mode;
• enhance the overall level of comfort for guests and staff.
