During the implementation of the Khazar mixed-use residential complex, the key objective was to ensure a comfortable and stable indoor climate for residents while maintaining reliable operation of the climate control systems under continuous use.

The use of the Aerostar GreenSTR-10 heat recovery air handling unit together with ASYS compressor-condenser units made it possible to:

• ensure an efficient supply of fresh air and removal of exhaust air;
• maintain a comfortable indoor temperature regardless of the season;
• reduce energy consumption through heat recovery;
• guarantee stable and uninterrupted system operation in 24/7 mode;
• improve overall living comfort for residents.
