For the mining and processing plant in the Kyzylorda region, the key objective was to ensure a stable and safe indoor climate under conditions of high production load and continuous operation.

The implementation of Aerostar GlobalStar supply and exhaust ventilation units made it possible to:

• create safe and comfortable working conditions for personnel;
• ensure stable air exchange across all production areas;
• increase the reliability of engineering systems as production capacity expanded;
• reduce operating costs through energy-efficient solutions.

The implemented solution fully meets the scale of the facility, which produces up to 4 million tons of processed ore per year, ensuring stable operation and supporting the plant’s long-term development.
